Playing UT with him is fun. He's a good sport. I helped him out with Ventrilo and he's on it when he's playing on the server.

OK I finally got hold of Jackstraw. His CPU died

and he couldn't find his UT '99 disc. He started spending most of his time at his girlfriends place and then went on a cruise with her. He should be back in a few days. He explained all this to me in a recent e-mail. I'll get back in touch with him as soon as he's back.

I'm thinking he should be extended a month because fair is fair we all had to go for 3 months and so should he. It's just that a bunch of crap happened all at the same time to the guy. I stand by him as long as he gets squared away ASAP and gets back on the server. He's even interested is 2K4 invasion.

As far as I can tell Jackstraw has not done the required intro post (0 posts for Bob Jackstraw). This is a requirement to join the clan, see here ... http://clandou.com/html/forum/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=3570

Since it doesn't seem he has met the requirements for membership and more important he didn't have a solid month in before he went missing he will need to start his recruitment period over if he is still interested in joining.
