Dunno T - I sent him a welcome PM on Thursday with all the information he needed including a recommendation to use vent. From the looks of it - he hasn't read it - obviously I haven't received a reply from him either.
We'll see what the next few days bring - but I aint havin' any recruits that aren't going to be involved within the clan.

Thank you, for all the trouble you have gone to, but I am going to have to resign. After reading the server rules and playing for awhile, it seems that the server rules are not enforced. It seems that when I play it is continuous taunts - "you suck" "die bitch", revenge, run-and-gun, and others. The members on the server just seem to accept it and let everyone go. I know they know because I can hear them on ventrilo. Maybe some other time.
My Reply:
Well Reacher - I can certainly understand your plight and it is something that DOU is trying to get under control. We are a very popular server and with fame sometimes comes a flurry of problems. It is an open server - "open" meaning - to the general public and there are some fools that get tossed into the mix here and there. Keep in mind that we all have lives outside of UT and cannot possibly police the server 24-7, but we do our best. If you are having an issue with any particular member or regular on our server I would appreciate you letting me know who and I will see to it that it is addressed.
If you are certain that you want to discontinue your recruitment I will honor your decision and inform the rest of the DOU recruit officers. Keep in mind that we take any recruits resignation very seriously and I personally will see to it that this issue is addressed within the clan.

I'll let you guys know if I get a reply. He hasn't been around for all that long and I get the feeling that he may have entered into the recruitment on a whim - and matbe is using this as an excuse. However - we do got us some problems late morning and early afternoons.
