OK..You all got my attention. I have played many times when Sunlight was on an I never saw a problem. Now I see R_Mad is sponsoring her which I think should be a shoe in because one of our elites is sponsoring. Douche-Bag??? Abb thinks everyone has a hygiene problem. What I feel I know is Sunlight is a girl from the west coast, I could be wrong, and I would have voted her in when the time came.

SOC is a male. I have talked to him on Ventrillo many times. He just never got around to setting up TS3. I've reached out to him to try to understand the problems. I think we lose a really good guy if we lose {dou-r}SunlightOnChrome! This is bad and a clan meeting in TS3 is definitely warranted & overdue.

Sorry guys, but as much as I like SunlichtOnChrome I have to agree with Abberation here.

Once you pull the plug by saying delete my account without any further explanation I will get you off of the recruitment list.

He is free to rejoin as a recruit again if he wants after six months, which is the standard procedure here.

It is sad what happend. I liked Sun. I can not understand his decision.

He has quite an argument with Gut? Somebody has shot him from close or has assaulted him?

These are weak excuses for his decision.

For me clan is like a family.

If there is an internal problem, first of all I will try to explain it.

If the problem is on the outside, I hope to resolve it with the help of the clan.

Escape from the problem does not remove it, nor does it solves.

You might not agree with me, but I think that really we have abandoned Sun.

It's the other way around. SunLightOnChrome obvious has abandoned us.

He has a sponsor who would/could have taken care of any problems if needed and possible. That's why recruits have a sponsors. If you leave your sponsor out of things which are bothering you, a sponsor will be empty handed and not be able to solve your case, or at least take a look at it.

Me, Vioguez and Gutwrench had a meeting on the chatroom of the forum to search for any explanations for his sudden desicion to leave.

I think Gutwrench has no part of importancy in the decision made by SoC. Personaly I think he is using Gutwrench as a poor excuse to leave for things that already bothered him for a while.

I like to see Vioguez his view on the chat we had with Gut, but as I see it Gut isn't to blame in this case.

If we would have more information given by SoC we would be able to see this in a bigger perspective, but at the moment it seems SoC isn't interested in given a reason why he descided to leave. I have to say that the way he handles this doesn't realy flatter him.

Yes Natan, yes. You are right of course.

That contrarily formulated thesis was to provoke discussion, whether have we made everything to keep with us our recruits like SunlightOfChrome or Tanequil.

We have known them for a long time. We have known that they are good campers. Some of us have talked to them on TS.

So what was missing to complete the recruitment process?

They had some concerns which we have not recognized.
