Recruit Area

I've created a new recruit user group and area on the forum. Only those with recruit status or full members will have access to that area of the forum, and recruits will have access to that and the general members area, and I gues the tournament area (but not the clan only area.

I have already granted the recruits access to the area, but it is not 100% fully set up yet. I need to add a few areas.

Recruits as you all know are recruits for a 3 month period. They will be given access to this area after their first month of the recruitment period.

I think it would be a good idea to put the recruit skin info in here. That way if the first month goes well, they will be rewarded with a skin (and access to the new area).
