Just a heads-up to let you know I have been working second shift at a new job. In addition to that I am taking a look at a part-time gig as well so my time for recruit related stuff may be going down significantly.
If I take the the PT job I will be working/commuting 12 to 14 hours a day.
I know yOmAmA has been working 2 jobs and Pyro's job takes him on the road alot so I might need to take another look at adding another recruitment officer.
I am also looking at splitting up the responsibilities associated with recruitment as another option. I'll try to have some kind of plan put together by the end of next weekend.
