All the apps were from the same IP in Argentina. I seems he/they like to R&G too.
I looked up Ripper on the Game Tracker and he has less than an hour on the sniper server at the time of application.
I told him he needs to spend more time on the server and get registered on the forum before we can proceed further.

It looks like there are two applicants here but according to their info they're into freestyle. There's already been a post about them getting booted for R&G.
Wish I had some Geoff IP's on hand somewhere to compare with theirs.

That aside, probably not a good fit with our group anyway if freestyle (by his own account) is his thing.

They are different guys, playing from the same "Cyber café"... 😮
I could contact them to explain the facts and the rules... if you agree...
I saw them at TKK server too... trying to camp 
According a short conversation with them at that server they seems young guys and they do not speak english, so probably they do not understand the difference between camping o freestyle as well...
They do not seems geof guys because they look well educated...
I hope not to be wrong...

Please give them a talk about our server and what we expect for behavior.
Also let them know we wish to get to know them better before accepting any of their applications.

I recieved applications from a couple of them again and in view of their continued freestyling on the sniper server I sent them this reply:
There have been numerous complaints about your freestyle gameplay on our camping server. DOU will not consider your application for membership until you start abiding by server rules.
If you continue to refuse to follow DOU's rules we will have no choice but to issue a ban from our camping sniper server.
If they're serious they'll make the effort, if not we don't want them anyhow.
