Due to problems with some of our recruits lately I sometimes will give a 'voting advice' in my position as Clan DOU's Recruitment Officer.
My advice in this case will be to extend the recruitmentship for a period of time.
If you think I am out of line with giving advice in these matters please let me know.

Im still considering, how to vote. He is my recruit and nice guy, but his presence (better to say absence) in the last time on the server and the forum is worrying me.

I voted to extend. I know he was on a lot in the beginning of his recruitment, but he did seem to back off some. I really like the guy & he's a great player. He also makes a great DEEMER target.

I think you are out of line. You should not try to influence the vote.
I voted No.
I never saw him playing in the server the past months. In the forum, he gave very slight reasons, for his absence.
I would extend, but a shorter period. I can see how moving can be quite a disruption of game play. How many DOU members actually have time to play weekly on the server or talk on TS....About 10-15.

Now it wont come as a big surprise I vote to extend. The extended time could be 1,2 or the full 3 months. My choice is an extention for just one month.
His lack of participation in the last month concerns me and that's why I vote the extend option.
I voted EXTEND.
I know him as a great player only and nice guy during a game. IMO, member of DOU should take part in the life of the clan - less or more, but should.
i voted to extend the vote, purely for his absence, his play is good he follows rules and is good to talk to on TS, but i say lets give him another month to get himself sorted after moving as its clearly stressful.
I had to abstain because I really dont have any idea what is going on with this one. If he has recently moved then I can understand his absence - if he has lost interest all together then that is another thing. He seems to be well liked by the clan at any rate. I just have no basis in which to form an opinion regarding his full membership.
Still makes my ass itch...
I had to extend just because any recruit of Rad has to be trouble and is already jinxed at the start.....

The outcome of the vote is an extended time as a recruit.
He hasn't been very active for the last month, but seems to be liked by a lot of members (not all).
Therefor his recruitmentship will be extended by another month.
His new recruitment period will end on February 25th.
The poll at the enddate will only be for a yes or no (or abstain).
Rad, please sent him the message as being his sponsor.
