Due to cases occuring where a recruit isn't around much or not at all I would like to make it so a recruit or mini would need a 25% turnout of the current clan membership to have a valid vote. Then in cases where clan participation is lacking and not many know the recruit, failure to meet the minimum # of votes would force first, a continuation of the vote by a week and if that fails to produce a result, an extension of the recruit status by one month and then another vote.
Because as it is now, if most of the voting members of the clan do not vote because of a lack of participation, a recruit or mini could technically be voted in on just a handfull of people.
I would like to see a discussion about this for a while followed by a vote to determine what, if any, changes need to be made.

I think your idea of one more week to vote is a good one and, if no news of the recruit, one more month before nexrt vote. This seems fair to me.

i agree cyg,maybe we need to inform all recruits that to be voted in,that's if they really want to join ,they need to at least play a minimum allocated time on the server? just an idea,it may help i don't know

The consensus looks like most people are in favor of requiring 25% of clan membership to make a recruit vote valid.
So I'll put it up for a vote.
A 'yes' vote will be in favor of requiring at least 25% of clan membership voting to make a recruit vote valid. If the 25% is not reached, voting will be extended one week. If that fails to produce the 25% then the vote will be voided and the recruit will wait one more month to be voted on again.
A 'no' vote would be for keeping the vote the same way it has been done.
BTW, Members who have gone inactive 3 months or more will not be considered in computing the 25% of the membership total.
