As we all may know DOU is a social club that can use some fresh blood every now and then.
We do this by recruiting aspirant members. By the second week of February we will be out of recruits. Time to search for new candidates. Remember it’s not the skills that counts, but the social behavior we are looking for. So here is some information about some possible recruits. Any other suggestions would be most welcome.
Allready contacted:
[HTSKN]Jasmine - doesn’t have the time or ability to be a productive and disciplined member.
SunlightOnChrome - don't have the opportunity to devote the necessary time and effort to put toward being a recruit at this time.
Tanequil - he is already a member with another clan by another name (didn’t ask him which clan)
Other guests:
Kdog? - Nice and a regular player. Comes also on vent. What is the story about him?
Jammin - A regular. Has been away for a time but has made a comeback lately. Nice guy. Follows the rules. Comes around for years now.
Jacobite – hasn’t been around since December 7th. Any info about him would be welcome.
Cowboy – Someone we should keep in mind for the long term. Just been around shortly, since December 17th. Seems like a nice guy that plays by the rules. I've had a few conversations with him.
WatchYourBack – Is interested in becoming a recruit. Comes around since November 14th. He’s a youngster. Just 14 years old. Seems slowly learning the rules by now.
Again: Any other suggestions for new recruits would be most welcome.
I think we all know about SOC and Jas. I don't know Tanequil but he's a good camper.
Jammin is a former FCS clan member, they were a camping clan. I asked him a couple of years ago about joining us but he declined. Might be open to it now I don't know.
I don't know if anyone ever approached Kdog about joining, I didn't. Might be an idea to ask him next time he's around.
The others I'm not familiar with at all because I haven't played on the server much in the last 6 months or so.

Dr_Boom. Very good camper and respectful with rules. But I think he will not accept. I invited him in the past without success. We can try again.
Others may be the former guests at WOLF server (like NUKER) such as APEX, Roleo, Jackstraw.
Sometimes they give us an occasional problem but in general they are good campers, and mainly they are old and respectful players....
I wouldn't have a problem with any of these guys mentioned on all previous posts with the exception of Roleo (hopefully that's obvious to all).
The only problem I would have would have is with the 14 year old but our rules weed him out immediately I believe.
I would encourage the rest of the clan to be a little more open minded about some of these names listed as I know there would otherwise be some colorful feedback on them. We should give the potentials a chance to learn the rules once they get here on the server and judge their playing style now, versus when they first arrived.

According to the Application Form for recruits the minimum age is 13.

OK...cool. I just noticed that Watch Your back is using the same IP as XSUF Meat (his son perhaps)? I know that Meat IS working on some new maps. If they're anything like the other SUF maps.... :woot:

Maybe she missunderstands the amount of time this would actually require from her. Probably no more than she is giving already.
