Due to this post, I believe that he should not be sponsored. Just my opinion.

Actually it is 13 or older but otherwise Chicken is quite correct about this. It makes hell fire's application null and void.
I will send both him and his father a pm stating that while hell fire is too young to join the clan, he is still welcome on the servers as long as he follows the rules.
