Member Only Stats

I have put up a second stats page that contains stats only for DOU members. It can be found at:

This is in addition to the normal stats that can be accessed off of the front page of our site.

I decided to do this extra site so that I could keep it separate from the other stats so that I can modify it from time to time.

The normal stats will never change. Those stats will remain in effect as long as we have a sniper server and the ability to track stats. However, I am going to wipe out the stats on the new page every 3 months or so and start fresh. I am doing this so that we can see how we are doing as time goes on. If a member of DOU is always at low Eff. then we know who we need to work with to help them get their Eff. up. If you Eff. was very low but you have greatly improved, looking at the normal page won't reflect this immediately (or for a great while). But after I wipe the stats on the new page and start over, it will quickly become apparent.

Right now, the two pages are identical, but after the first wipe the stats will be different.

Special thanks goes to WalkinBullseye for modifying the stats install to allow me to remove all non-clan members from the page. In the past you could do a search to remove everybody else, but then as soon as you clicked on a column to sort everybody came back. This made it VERY difficult to look at all DOU members Eff side by side. But, as I said, problem resolved.

I will reset the stats for the first time on June 1st. That means any stats long with the date of June will be included in the new database. I decided to do it early so that now that everybody knows we are doing this, they can start getting their acts together.

Also, I am going to be looking at the stats to see who I want to recruit for Alpha, and if necessary which Alpha members need to be sent back to Omega for further training. I won't be too concerned with the stats until the new database starting in June. So if you still have some run left in you, better get it out in the next week or so.

With that said, you will have a higher Eff. if you camp, and a lower Eff. if you move too much. Fragging others will help your Eff., getting fragged will hurt your Eff. Thus, even if you have a low score on the sniper server, if you have a donut, your Eff. will sky-rocket.
