Practice server

I have installed SWA on the practice server today and it is running fine. Right now I am setting up all of the quicksets. There is a default practice quickset with will be very similar to our sniper server but without all the bells and whistles, several FN ladder quicksets (since we are using the server in the ladder this season), several DOU vs. DOU quicksets, several DOU Vs. World quicksets (for clan matches), and 1 test quickset that will change all the time when I am testing things.

Once this is all done (the bulk will be done today) it will only take a few mouse-clicks on a web page to change the server around to however we need it.

I will give access to anybody who wants it for this purpose. Just let me know. If you know SWA I'll just give the access, if you don't then I will give you a tour and then access. It is set up so that nobody can fuck anything up. If you do somethiong wrong you can just click a different quickset to get everything straight again.
