OK Basically these guys are thanking us for telling them our rules and they are sorry that they have been breaking them.

That's 2, but those 2 were not the main offenders. I am hoping there will be a majority that will care enough to talk to the others about their behavior.
Before I get happy about it, I want to see what Matador, Snake and (yech) Loco have to say. Loco went as far as to call Bison a puto when he was trying to talk to him about the rules he was breaking. These 3 I mentioned above have been kicked a bunch and even if they don't know exactly why, something tells me they have a pretty good idea why.
I had R-Mad translate my post and put it on their forum hoping for a good outcome but I don't think the odds are in our favor, given the history.
We'll see ....

This is what I could do with my small spanish level and Google translating tool.
Anyone who integrates the clan [Geof] must apply the following rules:
About the server :
a) Don't insult or laugh at anyone. (Taunts UT game will not be taken into account as an insult)
b) Respect players who demonstrate inferiority in the game.
c) Respect players who demonstrate superiority in the game as long as they do not assault.
d) Warn those who do not abide to the previous rules, even members of the clan, that they will be kicked if they go on in an inappropriate behaviour. If they continue, whether they are managers; throw it. If not, give notice as soon as possible to managers by messenger or in the forums. Keep in mind that all conversations are monitored.
e) Give notice to the administrators of any flaw in the Server Game.
f) If you go to play on external servers; behave as if you were playing in the local Server not only the level of play of the clan should be known in the rest of the world, the level of person too.
g) Participate in tryouts or rumbles with other clans is possible.
For the tryout 1 recruiter and 1 trainer as a minimum are needed, all those who are entitled to participate in it to a vote in the final decision, which is final and always when there is a minimum of 3 members.
h) Do all you can to promote and propagate the local server, or to other clans in privvate areas. (Be careful on other servers; it's forbidden on some servers to promote website or IPs. You must ask admins to pass information or advertise for a server.)
f) The tag of our clan is [Geof], not (Geof) or (geof) or any other variation, it is important for the esthetic level of the clan, please use it in an appropriate manner.

Well, moving our message to their members only area isn't anything positive in and of itself. It just means that they don't want their dirty laundry to be aired.
The proof is in the putting. They can say what they want, lets see how they act on the server.

That was R-mads take on it, not mine. I agree with you, I am suspicious of their motives for moving it and a real appology would be them behaving on our server. Even if They don't speak english they know we've been warning them over and over. I've watched and kicked them the most. They have responded many times with " sorry" and "ok" in response to the warnings, so they knew they had done something to appologize for.
We'll see what this really means shortly.

Good for you R-Mad !
I hope The Admins can control the other players, it would be a shame to have to ban all of them from the server. We don't want to, but we feel they are not leaving us any other choices. They cause other players to leave our server and we cannot allow that to happen.
We will wait for a few days more.

In general, Geof have continued showing grateful...
They viewed as a courtesy having warned his players... before banning they, so they request their players to obey and to be polite in our server...
Apart this problem they would like to maintain cordial relations with us...

They are at it again, I'm getting really tired of this and I know I'm not the only one.
They now know our rules and continue to break them.
I think the dialogue with clan [Geof] is not having the effect we had hoped.
At the very least, I think Matador and loco should be banned, permenently.
