He's a right-royal pain in the ass. I came in mid-game and he back-up killed me where he should have just left. Others complained about him when I warned him. Next map Headquarters and same there -- hunting, run-and-gun, back-up killing. Doesn't respond to commands even when using his name. Probably shouldn't have, but I got pissed and kick voted him, but nobody else jumped on and he finished the game never changing his style.

Kick votes are always a good option. Keep posting and the admins will be watching him.
Seems to be a bit of this going on lately, im guessing its the lack of playing admins when the server is busy, i haven't played in a while, and i know others are the same, i assume you gave gone through all the usual shit, explained rules, given clandou website address for rules, just name them here and get someone to ban there asses lol, personaly i just booted the twats on sight, i may get my pc fired up to get myself kick happy for a night haha
Or you could hunt him down with his ip and stab him in his sleep, then hope he wasnt using a proxy.
