This guy has been playing on our server, yet ACE is not kicking him.

I think ACE needs to be looked at.
I don't think we should say anything to this player until ace is working and catching the cheaters most of know exist.

According my point of view, cheaters, are the same thing (cheaters), here or there...
If we have information like that, we need to use it, to protect our server from this kind of crap....
We should ban him of our server, otherwise our label in the server "cheaters will be bannned without warning" will be a useless thing....
He has made some kind of an 'introduction post' on the server a week ago:

We could confront him with our findings and ban him, or we could just tell him that our ACE caught him running a cheat and ban him.
We have banned other players just because of threads like these on other servers, so I think we shouldnt tread him any different than the others.
I've checked his IP on the ACP and its the same.
I will make him a thread on the 'Hall of Shame'.
He can appeal if he feels the need to.
To tell you the truth, I haven't got any problem with Gatecrasher on our server. He does not strike me as a player with high skill. Maybe he did not use a cheat on our server.
Of course I agree with the decision of banishing him. Let's see how he reacts.
Gatecrasher came in today. Because of his ban he was vote kicked by 6 players.
