Admins and Noobs

There have been dozens of noob players on the server recently, some admins seem to have very short fuses with them, please try to communicate with them before kicking them, I know most wont respond, but it looks bad to other guests when they are just kicked no reason given.

We also have kick rules to abide by.

Last night 2 players not familiar with our rules came into TS and learned how we play in DOU a lot of fun was had, the server was full most of the night and approx 10 players on TS.

we are still the server of choice.

Newbies are fresh blood to the server.

Admins must always be more patient with them in comparising to regular guests who should know the rules.

I started playing as a noob when I first came to visit the server (many, many years ago.... ).

A little bit more patients can provide us with some fine recruits as it did in the past.

Try to see the difference in noobs who dont want to and those who dont know to...

I seem to have a short fuse for douche bags that have been allowed back in our server after lengthy bans and they continue to play like idiots and have no respect for us.

I have no problem with short fuses on players who were banned before. If they dont know, or better said dont want to play according the rules by now, they dont deserve any chance no more.

What about Mi|<hail ?

I am patient towards noobs. I kick them out when they ruin the game and don't respond to any form of contact.
