l Kicked tonight after repeated warnings for running/assaulting. Have played with this person numerous times and seems friendly enough, sometimes a smart ass asking about DOU tournaments and such. But is on the server a good bit never-the-less. Knows the rules and speaks English, is the point.

Warned several times and he/she would camp for a short bit and then start the BS all over again. After two maps I warned that if I had to kick him/her that I would start booting on site from now on. Didn't seem to sink in. Tried to re-connect several times before giving up.

Map: Saving_V_Lego @ 11pm EST; 03/16/09

UPDATE: came back next map and camped like a champ.

However was kicked from Propaganda just after that for the same BS. WTF?!?

ASK HIS AGE. YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE SOME DIFFICULTIES TO LEARN OR FOLLOW THE RULES.

YESTERDAY THE SAME THING HAPPENED WITH THE 13 Y.O. BRAZILIAN BOY NAMED HELL_FULL THAT YOU KICKED...

Well, age makes no difference to me - Nasty Z is younger than anybody and camps a great game. Even Lovely's 8 yr old is getting the hang of it, who I've warned a few times.

If the person is responsive to chat while in game then he/she can follow instruction when given. If the person, man-child, whatever chooses to continue running and assaulting after being continuously warned- then they go bye bye and try again the next time they return. I've been letting djhardbpm (SAlamalek) play recently during the afternoon (at low-peak times) as long as he follows the rules, and he's been great - at least when he knows I'm watching. But I don't know his age.

As for Hell_Full - he's on a kick on site deal too, and I was told to kick him from the map by a superior. I try to be cool to everyone as they try to learn the server and it's rules but blatant disregard is unacceptable. Young, old or whatever. If your old enough to load the game - then your old enough to follow rules.

Exactly, some just don't want to follow the rules even when they can understand them. Youth does not mean ignorant. Nasty is a perfect example, he's good to play with. Many of them are like otis said, kick them a few times and they will start to obey the rules more.

I'm sure the person has been warned more than enough times...

Couldn't agree with this more Otis. We do not exist to fix other peoples social problems. We are a gaming clan. We come here to enjoy ourselves. The members and guests should be protected from people who can't, and in most cases won't, follow the rules. Don't get me wrong, I think some attempts should be made to try and communicate with the offender and help them understand that they are creating a problem for the other players. The rub is that in most cases the offender understands exactly what they are doing and could care less. It's a big joke till they get tossed off the server then they come in crying " Why did you kick me ?" They know why before they ask. 6 to 60 age should not be an excuse for bad behavior.

Follow the rules or play elsewhere, it's not that hard.

JK syndrome.

Some have a learning disability and don't have the ability to forcast Repercussions

They wait until they become a problem before they deal with their own behavior.

I wouldn't dissagree with you there Wave, I just don't see why we need to make their problem, our problem.

Let them buy a book, pay a shrink, or join a self help group. IMO we have enough of our own problems to go around. This is a refuge for many but you can't please everyone.

YEP, I AGREE TOO. ASKING FOR THE INFRACTOR AGE, IS FOR ME A BEST WAY TO KNOW HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PROBLEMS, BECAUSE OLDER PEOPLE UNDERSTANDS THE WARNINGS MOST EASILY. (EXCEPT THE WELL KNOWN BAND OF CHEATERS.... πŸ˜• ) .

CONTINUE IN YOUR GOOD WORK OTIS...

P.S. I'M WAITING FOR YOUR MAPS TOO

That is exactly what I meant. These people will not change. We shouldn't waist our time trying to change them.
