aspajo assaults

NUKER came to me, in vent, with this information. Aspajo was still on the server. I spectated him and watched him break several rules. I kicked him from the server. he ignored all warnings.

map---NYA Infinity City

IP-----200.59.18.22

reason---R&G, assulting, xlocing.

time---1:45 PM central

I think he tried to come back as Neil.

Is this the same player as Aspajito?

I am slow to anger but this dude did it in no time flat and I am asking that he be added to the kick on sight list, I don't do this lightly but his arrogance doomed him as far as I am concerned.

Just to be clear though, you do know you are a free target IF you are flying deemers. There is no assault in that case.

I am just saying that if you are going to whine because you were assaulted WHILE flying a deemer you are talking to deaf ears. I know there have been issues in the past w/this user, THAT was not my point. All I seen in his post was issues that involved deemers.

If I know where someone is that is flying a deemer I will wait for them to launch one and I WILL assault them. It is allowed as well as deemers are.

Just to be clear I had my rifle out and had him "dead to rights" as he assaulted me. I could have easily fragged him both times and all I did was hit my bind saying "Please leave I wont shoot". I believe I showed proper restraint and only got shit on for it. There was no deemer in the from me at the time butthead assaulted me. I know the assault rule while flying the deemer. I don't whine, it took a lot for me to put this post up I hope you go back and read the original a little more carefully and you'll see I explained that I had my rifle out both times.

You may not be taking his side but you seem to be trying to cloud the issue here. He assaulted while I had my rifle out in an enclosed space 2X on 2 different maps, and I did not kill him but asked him to leave, although I easily could have.

Please understand that timing had NOTHING to do with the way he assaulted me. WHEN ASKED TO LEAVE HE SHOULD HAVE LEFT...PERIOD!!!

I tried to explain him our rules, to talk to him - he ignored me, it was a few days ago on Arctic map. He assaulted many times other players. No mercy for that kind of players like Aspajo.

Yet again you're blowing smoke with this "Timing" theory of yours. "Timing" had absolutely nothing to do with this situation. The guy repeatedly returned to revenge kill me and I was never flying a deemer when he showed up. In the laundry map the scumbag acted like he was leaving and spun and killed me that shows a premeditated strategy! And as I stated in my earlier posts I could have easily killed him but chose to give him the chance to leave. There was no timing issue at all!
