Ban Vote for =

I have had no problem with him at all lately. He has been polite, camps, etc...

I understand R_Mad's position.

Not saying he shouldn't be banned but we have to be consistant. Some of our

younger DOU players run and assault and have been told over and over

to not run and assault.

The server has been really fun lately, everyone camping etc.

More members having the power to kick has helped tremendously.

If you'll go back and re-read my previous post you'll see that I've monitored him via the Remote Server Admin and this is something he has no clue if he's being monitored or not.

If he's all that bad, where's the complaints against him in game?

IMO he's making the effort to fit in until I see him do otherwise.

I see a lot of members that have had it with =&, but I also see members that have seen him grown in the game and really make progress in their perspective. As I am not one who has any trouble with him I will abstain from this vote. If the majority goes for a ban, I will ofcourse back up the clan.

Where did I say you could watch him through the RSA?

Why are both you and Abb mis-representing what I've said? I never said or implied you could look over his shoulder via the RSA. You can monitor what is being said and I stated that I 've seen no one complain about him in-game. If he's been fucking off as much as has been claimed I think I would have seen some comments being tossed his way while the match is being played.

I'm asking you and mAmA do not participate without a deep analysis in this kind of topics, because we (the clan) some times look like a lynch band, and not a group of adults...

Respect credibility, I gree with you: bad people must go, but we are a little inconsistant like a clan, and I know what are thinking lot of our friends in other clans, like TKK for example...

In my world, when people think you are incosistant, then you lost credibility...

Credibility is not a self reference... is a external opinion of others....

Just because no one bitches don't mean he aint doing what he is suppose too. You can't see what he is doing, dropping trans or whatever through the RSA so all you have to go on is if someone gripes or not.

Lynch band? on the contrary. If you have read other posts on this board from people who don't even belong to this clan you would have seen post about up being a bunch of pushovers and letting all the garbage stay. That's why they come back because they know they will just get a slap on the wrist and will be welcome back again another day.

I agree with Bison.

Most people that play aren't going to bother to say anything. Hell Ive watched people get assaulted over and over in game and they say nothing. Most times it just makes them revenge and assault right back.

... or they just leave. I was playing with Dr Boom the other day and saw him type something like " Oh well" so I asked what was wrong. He said so & so ( forgot the players name) just spawn killed me. I told him he should let us know when that happens so we can talk to the player and straighten him out. Dr Boom said, " it happens all the time it's ok ". He was not going to ask for help and he was on the server with members two that were admins.

Members complain more than anyone probably beacause they know it can help them. I think others just leave and come back later.

So we should consistently let people run around and do as they please on OUR server? We lose "credibility" when we don't take care of these problems fast. When we just let them keep coming back and causing trouble over and over.

I too talk to TKK on a regular basis and the ones I talk to think we don't take care of these problems fast enough. And your little friend =& has in recent memory gotten GIZmo so pissed off that she left the server. So we lost one good player to someone who was and always will break the rules. And when one person leaves and tells others what is happening that leads to more not coming to the server. I don't see that as a good thing. I don't understand how you think that Bison and Mama haven't thought it through when they obviously have. Bison isn't blind on what he has seen and isn't doing it to be an asshole to anyone. =& has had more than enough chances to change. They say three strikes your out well he has gotten more times at bat to strike out than anyone other than Memetic and SS. But if you want to think I'm a liar go ahead I don't care

Exactly. But how many have bitched who have seen anything recent? Evil, Abberation and yourself. And in your most recent complaint, how many players did =& frag while his trans was dropped?

I think the trans incident is a non issue because he didn't frag anyone and more importantly we did not have that rule posted for anyone to read on either the home page or in the forum. You cannot expect people to folow a rule that isn't posted.

My issue with =& is that he is accused of running, assaulting, and revenging by a couple of members in good standing that have never given me any reason before to doubt them. =& has on many occasions in the past lied to protect himself. why wouldn't he do it again ? He is supposed to be on his best behavior here, this is a second chance for him.

If we can't believe what our members tell us then why are they members ?

Does everything thats brought up have to be witnessed by everyone in DOU before any action can be taken ?

To me this is more an issue with credibility, the credibility of our own members.

If Wave came to me and said someone was assaulting him on a regular bassis I would feel and think the same way. I have no reason to doubt Wave, or Cyg, or Dark, or you R-Mad. Lovely.... well she was a different story 😆 . I caught her in half truths and outright lies several times so I doubted her. Same with =&. Even though it does seem he has played better of late it seems to come down to who you trust here now doesn't it.
