If I recall we had trouble making this stick the last time, he knows how to get around the ban. I believe that's where the "Kick On Sight" list came from. It was made up of players we couldn't keep out of the server. I guess we need to figure out which is the bigger pain, letting him play here or trying to keep him from playing here.

Bison, I checked a whole bunch of posts and I can't find any evidence to support that =& got around a ban, I must have been mistaken. I do know I kicked him a lot for a while.

Also, I went through that 8 page post about =&, quite a bit of it goes off topic so it wasn't all about him but what was about him didn't say anything nice. He's been a consistant problem since he first started playing here. It seemed for a while he was doing better but you and Abb have both recently complained about him.

I'd like to see if anyone else has had problems with them recently

I don’t have any problems with =& when he’s on the server, but on the other hand I don’t play with him that much and I also see a history on the forum of him breaking our rules. Maybe we should go for a penalty of three months…. Tell him that if he does try to attempt to get on the server in that Specific period the penalty will be converted into a ban. It’s easy to check on gametracker, unless he’s going to play under another name with another IP. I think he will get the point… And if not, well bye bye than.

I have definitely had my share of problems with =& and do not believe he is innocent but in fairness we have never ( until today) added the dropping trans rule to our server rules. For sometime we have been enforcing this unfairly because if it's not posted for them to read they should not be held accountable for knowing it.

I had no idea it was not in the rules. I don't have much problem with =& "used too" but if a member wants him gone I will back them up. I am in DOU because of how the members are.

I am suspicious of him because of how he was in the past but have not had any bad experiences of late. It does bother me that other members are having issues with him and it was common for him to point the finger at others or claim he didn't know it was wrong to get himself out of trouble. I could go either way on this.

Ban him. He has been a thorn in our side for a while now.

He has found ways around the kick-ban in the past but as far as I know there has been no attempt to blackhole him.

We need to remember that Wisdom shares the IP's that =& uses. If we choose to issue a ban it will have to be against BOTH of them.
