Caught Belloc using Radar.
I spectated him on 'Skate or Die' and he did an automatic disconnect when I logged in as admin. Sound familiar? He tried to reconnect but failed. He must've then turned off part of what he was running because the next attempt was successful. He made alot of suspect kills but I couldn't be sure. The server went down at the end of that map but was soon back up. He returned a short time later on "Massive bedrooms".
Again I could not tell for sure he was using radar but I did warn him a couple times for runnning. He ended up finally camping on top of the trophy and made more suspect kills.
Then he suddenly turned, aimed below and shot Otis out of the flower pot near the trophy.
The plant leaves had completely hid Otis from view and Belloc had not before bothered to check that spot. I then issued the kick.
Belloc, IP 64.231.89.120, London, Ontario. ISP is Bell Canada.
I am wondering at the simliarity between his name and ISP.
Proxy?
