Looks like I busted Bender cheating. The screenshot has data on it that I don't fully understand so I am waiting for to get it confirmed but it is obvious that he was running something.

The bad news is that this does appear to be the same Bender that has applied for membership into Clan {DOU}. After the confirmation I will take immediate action.
Let's hope I am wrong about this, but it is looking like I am not.
