His persistence and ability to enter the server whenever he wants, it is insulting for us and only shows that we are less persistent and incompetent to stop him....
I believe we need solve this case before Mimetic case...
It is a matter of prestige in front of our guests who take this as a kind of comedy...

Bostero plays out of an internet cafe or seams to with a revolving ip, its practically imposable to ban him just have to kick him everytime you see him i'm afraid. now if it was 2k4 we could ban him by game id but its not possible in ut 99..
