He was on the server today. I took the privilege to tell him he has been banned for 30 days. He didn't give any response, although I told him the message about 5 times.

Saw him several times on the server and I warned him several times not to come here during his 30 day ban.

No response at all !

Kick/Banned his IP on the RSA.

I gave up.... kicked him just from the server as a admin.

RSA seems not to Ban his IP.

He's coming back to play on the server every day again. And everyday again I keep kicking or Kick/Banning him.

Can it be that the RSA isn't excepting/denying new IP's anymore?

There are a few ways around the ban. He may have a revolving IP for one.

I always check if the IP ban is accepted by the RSA. It has been when I updated his latest IP, but it doesn't seem to Accept/Deny the new kick/Ban of the new IP's lately.

You can check the banned IP's in the default map of the RSA. They are in "IP Bans / Accepts".

Seems as tho when RSA gets full it wont take new ips.
