Don't know how to cheat either.

I have heard that the radar cheat has to be supported by the server the persons play'n on.

I am gonna look into NBSP. It used to not be compatible with Mac's (and thus I couldn't play on a server that ran it) but I believe the newest version is mac friendly. I will see how well it wants to work with UTDC. UTDC is my first choice though, it seems to be serving us quite well.

As for the i.p. changes, yup, he's gonna be hard to ban. So feel free to log in as admin and kick him. A few kicks to ruin his game and he will get the message.

LOL I was thinking the same things you just said !!! Kinda respect b4 and now... ffft ! 😕

REDRUM was just on "In The Shadows" (about 2:30 central). Got booted twice for using a hook then got on and stayed on. I myself don't know how to log in as admin so I could boot him 👿 I guess all you can do now is check the log and ban that ip too.

May be he has a new IP with each connexion !!! Like with 56k providers or perhaps he's got a home LAN so he can change IP of one PC (I think) 🙄

Would a player come back after a pardon on a ban....Yes. I was banned from a server and asked for a pardon. Moon knows all about it (told T about it). Funny how things happen....

Yes I downloaded some cheats. Tried them....My pc is all laggy when I used em (and thats practice match) One version was ok lag wise....Not worth playin on the net with real lag and cheat lag for me (not to mention the honesty thing, sportsmanship...)...However someone with a nice pc I'm sure would be rockin with it.

No just cause I have checked out cheats doesn't mean I'm a cheater.

I just wanted to check it out and see how it all worked.

I never cheated online only tested...well thats my story and I'm stickin to it.

I've been banned by a co-admin from BBST server because he thought my skin was too dark (remember all my kitty skin) but I sent a mail to the admin and I'm ok back to this server !!!!

(but I don't go anymore as I prefer some few others)

But I think the main admin (a french guy !!!) is cool !..

You were banned for using a dark skin??? A tad sensitive weren't they?

If they were that worried about someone's visibility why not have everyone spawn with a shield belt?

BBST doesn't sound like a place I'll be visiting.

Lol, yeah. But if the server has the unreal engine (and they all do) then it is supported 🙂

Actually, the BBST guys are O.K., probably just a member with a stick up their ass at the time.

It's funny, if the guy has a problem with the skin then he should remove it from his drive or list the skin in Vahalla Avator as an invalid skin (Vahalla then won't allow it)...problem solved.

Yes, but there is a difference between trying something out and trying again and again to cheat. If the person is constantly connecting and getting booted with cheats, and we can see that it is happening elsewhere, why would we want that person around? Fuck whether or not they would come back, would we want them to? Being tolerant of cheaters will kill a clan too.

P.S. I would suggest not "trying out" a new cheat with the newer games. Most new games have copy protection built into each cd with a unique key. Add to that the fact that a server admin can ban you globally if they want and it's bad news. There are obvious problems with global bans (someone gets pissed at you unjustly and adds you to the list for example) and thats why not all game admins use them. But most do. Once that happens your only recourse is to buy a new copy of th game or move on to a new game.

Yes there are clans that don't want the 2 dark or all dark like ninja skin apearance.

Couple of reasons:

Some servers have DM and TDM runnin on the mapvote. In TDM some of the dark skins don't have or have very lil team color in them.

Alot of sniper servers run lots of dark maps. Low light etc. They figure its hard enough to find a target, why add to it with dark skins.

For me alien queen skin and when I used the bn_SkinChanger on lil smoke setting with anyother skin. There where complaints on some servers and they asked me not to use.

There was a time an admin told me to change my player name to something less offensive or be BANNED. I had been playin on the server for weeks already....."HappyFnCamper?" i typed back "You guys run around and hug each other? Cause I'm a HappyFraginCamper I come to frag ya all to hell!...Names to long to see the score that way dude...let me slide." and he did. The funny thing was latter a player name of 7inchRooster was on the score board...Again the admin went smackin in on that. lol! Banned the guy for non compliance to his request.

This is what has happened for my first visit to a server runnin nbsp, after that I can get on most times without probs.

I have been to servers that I didn't pass the check sums cause of lag (a guess)...then a few days of tryin I could get on the server. The last time was the WKa server that it happened to me. I emailed the admin there and the response was nothin in the log to cause me to be kicked, so keep tryin till you get in lol (server was not full of peeps either). It took like a week and a half of tryin to get on. (I had to...Moonster and his "You gotta see this rifle man....bolt action...single shot...).
