Yesterday he entered in a game and in a very short time he was the winner. I believe he was using a cheat....
On the other hand, in my notes, with every nickname he uses this one is a troublemaker...
Kicked him today for ignoring an Admin.
Told him a dozen times to leave a spot that was occupied, he didnt listen.
When he got shot he turned back again to the same, still ocupied, spot. Several warnings to leave didn't got him on the move.

Sure not, but the fact what counts is the intention. In spanish (Latin American people especifically) people uses to say homosexual to others like a way to insult and degrade, not only like an expression about a sexual preference. (In English would be queer or better said a fag....)
That is I'm trying to say you. And people who insult an admin, deserves a ban. That's all.

In Holland the word 'Homo' doesnt have that much impact. Its often said when doing someting stupid, or its said when you see someone do something foolish. It doesnt have any sexual or insulting implication what so ever...
It has more the meaning of being a jerk or something in that line. In my country men can mary to men and women can mary women.
Same-sex marriages are just as common as man/woman marriages here and they have both the same rights.
So that's why I'm not offended by it I guess, but your point about the intention is taken. 🙂

Unfortunately in Latin America, there is a great quota of contempt for minorities, including the homosexuals. Due this discrimination, some words which are normal and neutral for you, are not neutral among ourselves.
Knowing Mexican customs (And Chilean as well), is easy for me to realize that this guy was trying to insult you with the nickname he used.
For example I remember other guy who wrote his nicknmae like {DOU}_ISGAY.....; IP: 68.43.29.155, after he was kicked. He ended banned.
