I propose we make both Mr_Head and Rad Admins.
Let them know what they can and can't do as Admins and hand them the keys to the RSA and Admin.
Any objections?

I can help them understand how things work. They're both in my time zone. I will be available to explain the RSA to them on TS if needed.

no problem here, only rad has some communication issues, they must both know they are required to be on Ts while logged in as admin on the server, there have been many times I have booted a player and they will come in to ask why, sometimes you can get it thru to them that we have rules. and when they come back they play by them.

Indeed, I have some issues with effortlessness in English. Not at any time I can also use TS, for other reasons. However I don't think it is any handicap in a kicking troublemakers and in a grabbing their IPs.
By the way, how does R_Mad handle that issue? 
IMHO she's very good admin, but I did not have a chance to meet her on TS.
I am not insisting on my person as an admin, but I would like to be useful for the clan.
The most important thing in admin, is to do the tasks properly:
To come every day, to come at different hours, to be patient, to grab the IPs before press the kick button, to post the kick info, to keep a IP database, to work strategies to catch cheaters and troublemakers, to read the logs, etc.
In add TS have chat.
Preferable an administrator with limitations in TS that an absent administrator...
While i have never heard R-Mad in t.s she does visit, even if you cannot talk it is needed as we have had it happen that we were watching a player with 2-3 admins in teamspeak all co-ordinating with how this player was cheating and along came another admin called out this person kicked him and we were sat thinking well nothing we can do now, we would of liked to watch him a little longer but that just didn't happen. now for known cheater/rule breakers and K.O.S its not necessary as they are instant kicks anyway but would still be nice to see more admins and players in general in t.s chatting....
