He's playing for a few months on the server now. Doesnt speak English and doesnt seem to have much knowledge of the sniper rules. Couldnt find anything on him on the forum, which looks a bit odd to me.

He comes from Argentina, nice guy and that is all, what can I say about him well. I tried many times to explain him the rules . I think he knows them good enough to camp, especially no R&G and no close kill. Unfortunely it seems that he likes to run and sneak up - typical hunter.
