I have warned him a few times in the last 2 weeks, this guy pushes the limits and keeps getting away with it, I think we need to put together list of maggots for a ban vote.

Conman and Roleo, a similar problem - crafty and dirty style of play.
I agree with Grubb, it's time to consider a ban for Conman.
