I too have had many games ruined because of conman, but the fact that he is being respectful in his appeal shows a glimmer of hope that he may actually listen.

Hello Conman,

I’m sorry to let you know that the majority of the clan has voted to keep the ban permanent. Although there was a substantial part of the clan members who were willing to give you a second chance.

To be honest, I didn’t like your gameplay and wasn’t very fund of you either. I voted also for the permanent ban. At the moment I’m questioning myself if I did a good thing to do so. You seem to be a reasonable guy, who could deserve a second chance.

I will ask the clan to reconsider if there is a possibility that you may re-appeal to your ban in the near future. For now that is the best thing I can do for you. I still would advice you to come to talk to us on TS3. Don’t excpect a warm welcome from everyone there, but there will be members who probably could change their minds after hearing what you’ve got to plea for yourself.

In his favor I must say there isn’t an overwhelming majority (7-4 at the moment of writing) who voted to keep the ban on him, but DOU being a democracy the clan seems to have decided.

Lets all reconsider that when he would have had a 30 days ban before, it could have made all the difference and he could have become a nice player afterall. Just something to think about....

I will keep this vote running for the next week to come, maybe he gets lucky....

Voted No. He had been warned many times and if he can't get the hint then he won't get it now.

Thanks for the update and that's fair enough. I will try and install teamspeak and come and chat sometime. I will chat again soon. Say hello to Rad And Dou R Mad for me and I will ask to re apply in a couple of months possibly.

If it is Ok to ask? What members were unhappy with me and why?

I know Dou Grubb was unhappy with me but find him very hypocritical, as after he complains about me braking rules, he then happily close kills me on ZSZ and jokes about.

I think if many members were totally honest with themselves, they bend the rules if not break them from time to time. I am not saying that I was any different but I don't think I was any worse than a lot of others. I think in hind sight I should have become a member sooner so I could perhaps defend myself sooner against some members on team speak or the forums.

Any way thanks for letting me appeal and I will chat again soon hopefully.
