I wanted to know what to do when someone breaks the rules?
Today , I was hunted down and then shot at minimum distance by con mom .
Please advise.

When there are problems on our server we post them here on this part of the forum: "Clan DOU Security Issues". This part of the forum is 'Members Only'.
I've moved this topic to this area, because we don't want some people to know what's going on, especially when there are complaints about them.
No harm done, just remember this for the next time. 🙂
To answer your questions. First of all when there are players misbehaving on the server give them a warning for breaking the rules. Then go to this part of the forum and make a report about the situation. This way the Admins of clan DOU can keep an eye on him and when there are more complaints about the same player we can decide to Ban him from the server for a while.
Hunting for example as you mentioned is against the rules, so it's strike one for him. Usually the third strike will lead to a ban, unless behavior is rude enough to ban him at once. Always try to copy and paste text used by the player if needed. Also a recording would be nice, but not directly necessary.
About close killing.
There is a lot of misunderstanding about this rule. Remember we have a 'NoCloseKill mod'. Meaning close kilss are prevented and can't happen on our server. If your opponent is at a far enough distance to kill you, it's legal. There are no such things as a close kill. However when the mod prevents a kill and your opponent is backing out of the mod to kill you, than he is breaking the rules.
To make it more complicated. If a player is entering your spot, he isn't allowed to kill you and needs to leave. You however aren't allowed to kill him and need to let him leave. To not take any chances of a noob who isn't aware of this rule I will run upon him, so the 'NoCloseKill mod' will become active.

This is timely. Tonight I played for the first chance I've had in awhile. Savage loaded and I spawned into close quarters with ConMoM. I saw here there, figured I was alright since she saw me, took a second to type my greeting, and as soon as my spawn protect wore off she had moved back and popped me. Call it a back-up kill, call it camping a spawn point -- whatever the case, didn't seem very sporting. Had a couple of other instances that I don't know were technically rule breakers, but she's an aggressive player.

Excellent, that's 2 strikes, personally I don't take any shit from con or any of them for that matter, just boot that twats, remember there is often someone on TS, an admin that can remove problem players, so if you on the server and some one is being a nob end drop into ts.

There isn't any strief between dou and anyone except some old long gone zsz people, I just personally don't put up with anyone's crap on the server. If it's a known name that should know better, they already know what's coming imo.
Il kick and have kicked DOU members for blatantly breaking rules as quick if not quicker than a guest.

Yeah conman was a lone player no clan tag, con mom is part of the con clan, and plays for them in in matches and the likes.

-=CoN=-MoM's still at it. First time I've seen her in awhile. Walked right in front of me on a roof on Propaganda, took off for the other side, and popped me. Not very sporting. Tried a similar tactic when I found her on a roof on Shipyard, started backing up to pop me, got me a couple of times, but I was able to run up on her and activate the mod. I called her out for it and she apologized, but she knows better. She just got caught. Another player called her out for something, too. Aggressive player. Cheater is more like it.

I know it is annoying, but often simply turned a blind eye to the behavior of -=ConMoM=- otherwise I would have to kick him/her off or ban. -=ConMoM=- knows well that it is wrong and always apologizes.
