I had a long conversation with Geom, I explained to him why he is banned and what he should be do...
I told him to go to the forum and give explanations.
He said he did not speak a word of English, but I'm not fully sure...
(May be... after three years of writing on this forum I can read English well, but the only word I can now understand when I hear it is hello...

He seemed sincere to me and he voluntarily withdrew from the game...
If he comes to the forum and write an apology, I think we should give him the benefit of the doubt, as we have done with others, give him the one month ban, and then put an eye in him and watch his behaviour
He never played fair, if I good remember. So never mind if he knows English or don't.
It isn't a big effort to learn these few words:
- no close kill,
- stop running,
- don't assault,
- camp, please.
If he comes and makes the effort he will be given a chance, if he then goes on to play the same then no big deal he goes back to KOS. As for him not speaking English that's a shame but as you R_Mad must speak his language i guess it will be up to you to translate and help both him and DOU out, we might get another player on the server that plays by the rules from this or as i said just stays KOS. I think the one month staying off the server should stand as it shows him making an effort in the first place too.

Same day this was posted I was on the RSA and he was accused of assault more than once and said "sorry". So since he is KOS I kos'd his ass
I've talked to him last week, in Spanish, before I kicked him. I told him to put up a post on the forum if he had any questions about the fact he is being kicked all the time. Also told him he could mail me at natan@clandou.com
No reply still....
I only have a conversation with him before kick him, obviuosly he is in the KOS list and I believe he must continue in this list...
I also told him not to come to play because that would make things worse.
On the other hand, he has not posted any apologise, or explanation as I recommended him to analyze his case...
According with that, I think the most appropriate is to keep him definitely in the KOS list, because I do not want look like I'm supporting him...
