He was moving all over the map and was warned several times to stop moving and start camping. No response.
I also observed him going after spawners and using his spawn time to go after people. The final straw was when he grabbed invis and used it to take out a player at close range.
Draco will get a copy of this.
Draco told me he'd talk to him. He also asked if I could find out if the IP came from Japan. FUN has been having some issues with nick-lamers and he'd like to rule it out.
So if someone could check please since I didn't get it while I was observing.
