[probably variant of kiki, reduplication of -ki, common name-ending among Jews from Slavic countries]
Notice the "US and Canadian" part of the definition. I don't know about the European countries, but this appears to be a North American word.

The word kike has no meaning in the European countries. (Except for Great Brittain I guess?)
