Don't think I have permanent IP ban knowledge yet - if I do I don't realize it. But for what it's worth he IS becoming a pain in the ass with some members. He's been very polite with me, however changing his name and dis-respecting other clan members is completely unacceptable.
I have a thread earlier where I kicked him for running ,revenging, blah blah. Just another dime a dozen jerkwad looking for a nice group of people who's fun he can spoil.

Yeah - I wasn't sure "Full Ban" was the IP Ban I was talking about. I'm sorta slow that way.
