...and not to get off the subject but I thought as an Admin you were also able to restart the server and asked Pyro how to do that this morning. I had no idea it was two separate things. See how ignorance can really be a bummer. Hope there's no post on suspending my butt!

He came on just now, trying to act all nice, saying hello and asking how we were and such. There were only a few people on. Since he just changes IP and comes back right away I waited to see if he would try to camp and he did seem to try. Baloney asked why he was still on and he said that he talked to Tommy and all DOU admins and everyone likes him now, and he is a good guy. News to me, I assumed he was full of shit. I told him he better be good and he seemed to try. The ones that change IP fast are such a pain because nothing really stops them coming back. Kinda wish we could just send them straight to the forum to the rules page before they could access the server...

Last time I saw him I asked him if he was going to "play nice:. He seemed to understand and said he would. He actually did. I think if he's willing to convert we should let him, mainly because we lack the ability to stop him. Kicking him over and over doesn't work and keeps us from looking at other problem players.

IMO if he's willing to follow the rules, for the most part, I think we should let him play and move on.

I doubt that he had communicated with Tommy unless Tommy himself had said so.

I Said to him while playing on the UT server after he said that he had talk to Tommy that we are not happy about this. I'm sure that he/she/it understands that we had kicked/banned them on several occasions and how many ISP's shall we Ban to keep these guys off if they keep screwing around?

Now that this guy knows he isn't being kicked he's all over the place again. Revenged me at least two or three times over the course of 3 maps, and just about everytime I saw him otherwise he was hauling ass across the maps.

djhardbpm. was giving lovely and AD some shit today so i kicked him. and he came back in with diff names so every time i c him i am kicking on sight from now untill tommy can get him gone for good

The only reason I wasn't kicking him was because he keeps coming back in 2 seconds. I had hoped he would reform after the first bunch of kicking.

Hasn't been very cooperative at all. He's taunted me a few times after kicking him in the past. I had hoped he'd prefer being able to play here over getting kicked all the time. We may not be able to get through to this one. Keep an eye on him.

According some last post in this topic, and seeing djhardbpm plays every day, and thinking that he had improved his behaviour, I decided to talk him in the server...

Well, after that, I decided also to invite him to join us... 😀 (I hope that you do not beat me with the hammer...)

But I believe he will be a good recruit... 😀

I'm not really sure he is a good guest these days, let alone a good recruit.

I would like to hear from the membership on this before starting the process. No sense in setting him up to fail.

He's still a pain in the ass - I had several guests complain about him Yesterday and Saturday. He does behave alot better than before but I believe he will inevitably become a problem again.

I say that I played with him yesterday and today and no he is not a good player. Assaults, close revenges, dont camp...

He has gotten better but he will run if he thinks no one is watching him
