These are all separate incidents, not different spots in the same thread. Cyg, R-Mad, Grubb, and a few others have had serious problems with this guy.
I think it's time for a 30 day ban at the very least. Having read all of the topics listed here in my post, as well as this thread, I'd be behind a move for a permanent ban.

Read all the threads Mama provided. To sum it up, he's:
Ran a possible cheat, stole at least one person's nick (OMA Barnzy), threatened players, and intentionally broke the rules repeatly.
It seems to me that he only wants to tear up the server and leave.
I'd be on board for a permanent ban for this piece of excrement.
Count me in mAmA, if anyone is trying to fuck with us then it's a permanent ban.
