today at about 4:15 pm french time (about -5/7 hours for you) for running like a headless chicken, running and guning, revenging and... strawberry on that cake, not responding to any warning !
I kicked him twice and before the third time he left by himself (at the end of the map)
I had to warn Grubb Industries for running all around (and gunning who was on his way). He denied saying that Szoszy was hunting him and revenging so he told me "if I don't move after I kill him I'm done".
But after that he stopped to run all around after each shot. He's not a bad guy but his behaviour was "ole ole" (as we say here... spawnish mode) during a while...
Some other noobs were there and were also doing what they could with or without the rules. I didn't had to do anything as they left by themselves.

I had a discussion with Grubb about this and I agree with his actions in this case because of the way Szoszy plays. If he knows where you are, he'll come after you. It really sucks when no admin is on hand to put him to the curb.
From now on, I'll be kicking him without warning for ANY transgression on our server. I've warned Szoszy without reply just about every time I've seen him play. Enough is enough.
