I voted yes... it is unfortunate for those on the same IP but maybe in that thirty days it will be self enforced amongst themselves. Who is to say more than one is not involved anyway? Could be several, hopefully the situation gets resolved soon and peacfully.

Natan, I strongly suggest not banning that IP or follow any action without the consent of the head admins. An investigation in the log files will be conducted and proper action will be taken thereafter. Not one second before. This goes for any member and I'm not joking. A lot of things are going to change in the near future. Our clan has gotten out of hand with a lot of winning and unnecessary drama. It will be cleaned up.

I believe this is not a fault of the active members. There are a lack of participation of some of the head admins you mention here...

Finaly some kind of reaction, must have shaken and awaken some people after all. About the log files: they are already made public. I don't recall what has happen here with {DOU}The_One as a lot of whining and drama. It is quite more serious than that. If you don't see it I'll hope you'll figure it out soon. There's only one person here that started this fire. I'm glad most members of the clan also see it that way.

If you think our clan is out of hand than it's obvious because of the lack of productive input and positive participation of some people.

Actually, it was me who voted no. Then I sent Dylan a text hoping that he would get pro-active and deal with this. Give it time and I think there will be a solution we can all live with.

These 14 YES votes were needed to show the seriousness of the problem. It is not good if 'dirt are washed in public laundries'. And The One made it.

I must agree with Dylan on one point, the IP should not be banned, there are other players including Dylan that play on that IP, If there is to be a ban on {DOU}The_One it should be by honor, he should just avoid the server for his 30 days.

I am also suprised that he has not come into the fourm to state his side, or apologise for being out of hand.

For you new clan members, go ahead and search the JK47 threads on the forum. Particularly around March of 2009 - go ahead and read through the whole 9 page thread - And then tell us who is creating all of the drama here.

First we hear - recruit recruit recruit. We get people in that are actually active and care about the clan - then all of a sudden we hear from some guy that only half of the active members even know about who is threatening to CHANGE DOU forever.

How about this - spank your fucking snot nosed brats or keep them away form the server that you never even frequent unless Tommy texts you?

How does that sound?

And by the way I remember before I was even a part of this clan and YOU Dylan were running all over a map trying to revenge kill me over and over multiple times in a row. Maybe YOU and YOUR integrity and YOUR children/freinds are the sole drama in this case.

Unbelievable - not even around enough to know shit about the current state of the clan.

Rather it seems that Dylan think that others are guilty and worthy of investigation, not The-One. He is saying nothing about his behaviour, preferring to speak about drama and loss of control.

I completely disagree with him and his diagnosis. This clan is not out of control, is being controlled and mantained in orden for several of us that work every day, playing in the server, controlling in the server, ordering the forum, searching for recruits, listening the guest problems and searching for solutions, and lot of other things supporting the clan while the "head admins" are mainly absent.

I am not sure those who are the head administrators. Is Daylan a Head Administrator?

But, on the other hand, it does no matter for me. I do not know what Dylan does in benefit of the clan. He never plays, never write in the forum, he is unable to greet a comrade the day of his birthday, he never participate in any decision. He does not exist for us.

The very first time I see something coming from him was his pedantic and unfortunate post.

An investigation. Is he going to realize the investigation? Does he go to investigate if the written by the mates it is a falsification? Is this really a joke?

Stop hiding the head in a hole. You know the solution of this case: To accept the active members decision, when the poll get finished, and not the "head administrators" decision, and to ask to Dylan to be humbler and that The_One apologize.

Dylan wouldn’t be hurt that much by banning the IP as seen how much he plays on the server.

{DOU}The_One takes no responsabilities for his action whatsoever, instead of that his Daddy turns up to tell us what is going on and is up at hand. The kid has a big mouth on the server, but on the forum he's as quiet as can be.

I would never ban an IP myself without approval of the clan. However I still strongly suggest to ban that whole IP for 30 days.
