I kicked The_One tonight after he got mouthy with Nuker in game.
rsa below. He then came into TS3 and started bitching that we have no authoity to kick him.

Please understand that the trouble with ZANCHO had been going on even before what the RSA shows. I asked him to leave my area 2x. After the second he close killed me. I logged in as admin and called him on what he did. Most admins have probably dealt with ZANCHO before. If not I believe there are posts on him. Zancho denied any wrong doing and then I came down hard on him letting him know in CAPS that I knew he was lying.
Somewhere in all this The One pipes up and and sticks his nose where it isn't wanted and doesn't belong. I don't know who The One even is. I don't know or care what his problem is. Is he an admin?
Why can he spectate?
And MOST Importantly WHY would he start to argue with & cuss at another Clan DOU member on the map chat for all to see?!
It is my wish to press this to the full extent and have him punished fully for such low class behavior to another Clan DOU member without even knowing what he is talking about.

As long as I can remember every member of DOU has been allowed to spectate.

if you are spectating aren't you supposed to be logged on chat also or not and i type red because i can is there a rule where i am not supposed to use red it still doesnt give him the right to talk trash like that to his elders and an admin to top that off in front of non clan members when in game that makes our clan look like we have no control of our own members for some reason this fuckin kid thinks he can do what he wants to do in this clan,the last time i checked tommy the big fuckin cheese in this clan not this little motherfucker :redflipoff:

The One has broken one of the basic clan rules - he insulted another DOU member at a public place. This is not acceptable. I noticed that his inappropriate behavior is repeated more often lately, which lowers the rank of the clan.
I know Nuker and Natan as honest members of the clan and give them all my support in this conflict.

I won't hasitate at all to kick him out of the game next time. If I see him doing this while I'm on the server or at the RSA he will be kicked out of the game by me. We don't need guys like that wearing the Clan tag on our server.
How can we as a clan give a good example to guest on how to behave on the server, when we have an idiot like him around everytime.

Guys, this is where I always step into it and open my big mouth. If there is a problem with a DOU member, which I see there is, you MUST NOT drag your feet on him. You must bring it to an end ASAP! We all know he knows the rules.
IF it is really JK the let The One deal with his snotty butt. The One has been on the forums so he has to know about this. If he thought he was being wronged here he has had the opportunity to step up and say so! I know he was here because he posted and offered help in another thread.
I say we put up a ban vote real soon. He has done it twice now, which is once more than should have been allowed. He is not a kid anymore and he knows better. We cannot tolerate our own being out of line on our servers. This is not the first time. As I see it he has broken at least 2 rules, Spectating and not in TS and the biggie...failure to listen to and respect an Admin.
By the way, rule number 6: 6) ALWAYS listen to ALL server Admins and speak to them respectfully. Failure to do so will result in being kicked, or even permanently banned from the server.
You have done the kicking, now do the banning. Put up the vote!!
