IP banned them both. This not the IP range version so then can return if they change them up. Hopefully Tommy can get something more permanent in place.

Unfortunately I have already sent the IP for SS into hell once and he did find another.
It would be wonderful if this was permanent but I dont think we're done with them yet.

Dr. Evil is on roadrunner cable and not directly associated with the other 3. The other 3 appear to all be the same person or persons living VERY close to each other. They are on Verison. They may all know each other, no way to tell. The first may be James I guess.
I would have to block 2 hunks of Verison in the area. But if need be, I will do it.

Not likely that he would be using a proxy anyway. Finding a free proxy is hard, and the resulting connection would be too slow for gaming. A pay-for proxy would be too expensive for just connecting to our server and too easy to ban.
Just because the Canadians said they were using a proxy doesn't mean they were (they weren't). Proxies are much easier to deal with than jumping I.P.'s since proxies themselves have static I.P.'s.
