Still want to know WHO banned him just because its Rogers and Canada is not enough reason, this address came back Whitby Ontario not Mississauga which is were mimetics always comes from.

I'd hate to lose the extra kicking abbilites on the server. Someone needs to own it. Or I have a feeling some peoples privs will be taken away.

I agree...whoever did it, just own up to it

We have had this issue a few times in the last several months, people not owning up to what they have done.

As admins you are supposed to post when you kick/ban someone. Not when you feel like it, ALWAYS!!!

If you can't be responsible with your admin privilages they can be taken away.

To be honest, I am not sure how to "ban" someone. I assume it is through web admin with the kick/ban check boxes. I also assume that this web admin is aka RSA.

Perhaps whoever did it does not know that they are banning people. I suggest that there is a new area built for the forums JUST for admins containing the correct passwords, and instructions for proper admining. That way, if we need to boot an admin, we can post the changed credentials in that forum after removing the person that abused the privilege.

Screw it. I am going to build it. I will use the admin list DM has to assign privileges.

Not I folks. I couldnt recall until I did some diggin - I must have played 31 min and had a whopping 4 frags in that time period (cough...cough) on Sunday the 11th.

I know he's a little aggressive but didn't think he stepped over the line. I have posted every kick / kick-banned on the forum.

I thought this could be "looked up" in the logs?

Probably what Jarg said. One thing I think might mess with people on the RSA is how when you check the kick box and click the kick button it takes a few seconds before refreshing the list shows that person no longer on. Perhaps some double clicks are happening because of this lag time. I can't think anyone would kick him from the IP if it wasn't even quite mimetic's locale. Although I do recall didn't mimetic once use a variant of that name when he was imitating people one night? Hell I don't even bother using ban on him and SS since they won't use that IP again. I just amuse myself kicking them from the game or ganging up on them.

But when I kick I make threads. And lots of them 😆
