These votes are private. As such, the person involved does not get to defend them self. When ever a vote is cast that takes an action against a person, it should be explained. This way, a negative vote is justified.

Since the vote is private, not only do we hold the responsibility of being judge, jury, and executioner, but of defense counsel as well. This is the only way to do this that is even remotely fair.

[DuS]AimGot is obvious a freestyle player, who's continuing to do so on a camping server.

He has broken the rules many times in a short period. Assaulting, close kills, revenge he has done it all.

His latest post shows he's also abusing guests now. We don't need him on our server. Let him cool down for 30 days. If he breaks his ban its gonna be a permanent one.

9 votes in favor for a 30days ban!

At most we will get 17 members for a vote, so if we would have 8 no vote coming up yet, which seems very unlikely, he still would have earned his ban.

Therefor:

First Admin to encounter him on the server can tell him he has been banned from the server for 30 days. If he wants to complain he can do so on the Complaint Department of the forum. I will make a thread for him where he will be able to state his case.

Breaking his 30days ban will lead to a permanent ban.

You will still be able to cast your vote if you haven't done yet !

*EDIT: His ban has become a permanent one !

I agree with R_Mad and have changed the thread more according to Tommy's suggested new ban policy.

The only thing I'll still like to keep is that the banned player will be informed by an Admin about his ban.
