If you will become an Admin in the near future you will see that it isnt always easy to get someone banned of the server.
These are usualy the ones with a proxy, which will change their IP frequently.
Sometimes we just consider someone KOS (Kick On Sight), because its almost impossible to keep them from playing on the server without banning a whole state for example.
I understand. it just amazes me the lengths people will go through just to fuck with people in a game.

D@YHAWK came in on the server while I was playing a game.
Told him he was banned. He asked me why, so I expaind he didnt follow server rules.
He said he was willing to (3X)
I asked him if he would kindly leave the server, which he did. 🙂
