I agree with Cygnus. Just be sure to check the IP in advance.

Yes if that ip info comes up on a search and there play is questionable (outside our rules) then kick but do not ban just in case its a genuine player that just has the misfortune of living near him, Remember we do have at least two other players living in that area that are ok so no automatic kicks or bans just from looking at the ip.... If it is that then i guess they would come and post about being kicked and we can sort it out then..

I use to check the behavior of the player first.

This one seems to use a cheat.

Lovely's behavior in game. Same spots, same movements, excesive use of deemers from well know spots, etc...
