ivor-bigone and SnAkE are well known troublemakers
Had a run in with that group last week r&g all over the Home Sweet Home map. I told them they have their own server if they want to play like that.
I booted Ivor from that map.
I have also booted Snake for breaking rules.
Observed Ivor constantly on the move through a couple maps today. The first was in-game and the second I spectated.
He was accused of of close killing in the first map. I isssued a reminder to camp. He kept silent.
I think it's getting time to just start booting him whenever he's caught breaking rules. Tired of his shit.
Saw Cyg warn him when I watched the RSA. He has been warned more than enough.
Refuses to camp. I will make him a tread to tell him he has been banned.
Went back in after my last post. Ivor was R&G again so I issued a general warning anyone caught R&G would be kicked. Soon after Ivor chased and assaulted a player so out he went.
Now I see Natan's post above....Good riddance to Ivor. 
Just banned him a few seconds ago live on the RSA.
