Had a little run in w/[FuN]ivor-bigone a bit ago. Here's the set up b4 the conversation below.
Was on (DANISH)Pirates map. I was originally on the roof of the second house in the corner across the map from the boat. Shot him off that high platform on the boat. I jumped down to the lower roof of the first house in that corner. I hear someone transing like mad, turn around and ivor ran a circle around me on the roof, transed to one of the balconys on the building straight across from me and shot me. And here is what follow:

He then babbled something at the end of the map and left.
I would have had no problems with it if you had kicked him for being a smart ass.
He has been an anoying player before. Had to warn him several times for close killing in the past.
Never had to kick him, but he walks a thin line. I will keep this encounter in mind.

After close killing someone I told him to read the rules, so he did. If he hadn't I would have kicked him.
Came back the next map and behaved as a role model.

Ivor-bigone was complaining about various things over the course of several maps. I got sick of it and told her to stop whining.
She lipped off and was kicked.

Ivor as well as other FuN members Iron_Face, Snake and That FuN Guy just on using our server for freestyling. I caught caught Ivor dropping trans and close killing twice (that he was warned for). I then gave him the kick.
He came into TS a little while later and explain he and the other FuN members were playing the map (Home Sweet Home) that way because it is a freestyle map. I pointed out to him they have their own servers to freestyle on and even if it was designed as a freestyle map it IS a camping server.
I think I got my point across and he did agree with me before he left TS.
He was very polite about it on TS.

Came to talk on TS3.
Asked me why he was kicked. Told him he moved to much around to be called a camper.
He admitted he did move around to much. Said he was testing something and used it as an excuse to move around that much. Said he didnt got any frags. Told him that excessive movement wasn't alowed even without getting a frag.
Time for ban imo.
