The 'three strikes you're out' rule is to catch the worst ones.
It only counts when someone gets kicked 3 times within 2 months time.
If someone gets kicked often and is a pain on the server, but stays out of the two months period. We, as members of the clan, can put up a ban vote. The outcome of the poll will finaly decide if someone gets a permanent ban or not.
We use to do 30 days bans in the past, but we decided to make them permanent with a chance to appeal.
