I just played now. We were just a couple of players but it was just assaulting and close revenging. (I am not talking about you there Wave). Youbie and Doug were the worst.
It is always the same players that do the same things. You are there camping, they come and assault you where ever you are. They always find you. They kill you, they change spot, BOOM you get into them in a total different spot, kill em and then you get accused of revenging.
That is just not fun anymore. I know that admins have a life and thats ok but when no 1 is there watch out the mess!!!
I did offer my help 2-3 months ago. If you need me I would be very happy to help, I would even be willing to have a full training before. People are leaving the server, annoyed and angry because its free for all on server. Would be upsetting to lose our good players because of bad players.

I had some examples of servers where a single first warning was followed by a kick and a third warning was a pure ban.
Even with 2k4 now.
I think numerous players aren't a good thing. A calm server with no more than about 30 regular playing people (members or not) can feed the server with no less than 10 to 15 currnetly players in game.
80 regulars lead to a freestyle server and sometimes to the death of the server (many examples of that kind in my souvenirs)
I think somethink extremely severe and strict should be done on DOU sniper if it's still time. I don't play anymore but I don't spectate anymore because I feel useless with this !!! I've been banning some players that were in game an hour or less later.
