I know my eyesight isn't the best anymore but those numbers look identical to me. 
i spectated the_hammer for a bit last night, he was camping hard and made very little movement, i didnt kick him until it was confirmed it was hammer.

I will catch that one later on.
The_Hammer's IP turned out to be from the same region.
Let's do nothing untill we are sure it's the same guy.
The hammer that I saw past days was camping also. I did not catch his IP...
